Error with Record not found!

Hi

Can anyone suggest why certain records aren't displaying, although they have content and are not hidden.  I get a message: Record not found!

At first I thought it was because of the title name, eg

1p deletion (p13-p21.1)
1p36 deletion
1p36.3 deletion
1q deletion (q43-qter)
1q21.1 microdeletion

however, even if I delete the ( ) or the full stop, I still get the same message.  It's from this list: http://www.geneticalliance.org.au/chromosome_conditions.php#services_1 

Apart from the above, the rest appear ok.  Really weird.  Would love any suggestions.
